- You must not be under any form of self-exclusion, time-out, or cooling-off arrangement at 446bd or any associated platform at the time of registration or subsequent use.
446bd may at any time request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership as part of KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays pending verification.
3. Account Management and Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 446bd account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. 446bd will never ask you to share your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. You must:

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms
446bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via approved payment methods available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank. The following deposit and withdrawal terms apply to all accounts:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 446bd may change minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time; current limits are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages within your account.
- Deposits are credited to your 446bd account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In cases of technical delays at the payment provider's end, 446bd will investigate and manually credit confirmed payments once verification is complete.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 446bd may require identity verification (KYC) to be completed before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
- Funds deposited into your 446bd account are held in a designated player fund account and are used solely for the purpose of gaming. Deposits do not accrue interest.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
446bd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts upon fulfilment of the specific bonus trigger condition (e.g., completing a qualifying first deposit of the stated minimum amount). Bonus trigger conditions are specified in the individual promotion terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. The standard wagering requirement for 446bd deposit bonuses is 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount, unless otherwise specified. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- 446bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time in cases of suspected abuse, exploitation, or fraud. If bonus abuse is detected — including, but not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, placing bets on all outcomes to guarantee a profit regardless of game result, or collusion with other players — 446bd may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or exchanged.
Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) may carry different specific terms. Players are advised to review the promotion-specific terms at the time of opting in to any such offer.
6. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 446bd Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an advantage on the Platform, including but not limited to auto-betting scripts, card-counting software, or odds arbitrage tools.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void. Players who discover errors are asked to report them to customer support rather than exploit them.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share card or game information in real time during live dealer games, or engage in any form of cheating that affects the integrity of the game for other participants.

7. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 446bd's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 446bd's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
9. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
